The dealership was good but my advisor was the worse experience. I guess he was upset that I didn’t get the work done at that moment and so when I came to get my car, someone tried to get him and let hi experience. Not one time did he introduce himself in person or even acknowledge me and he is who I had been texting about my car the entire time. I had not seen him in person because I had dropped my car off at night when they were closed. He was rude. He had no customer service, and what he gave through text message when he thought he would get my money was so different in person. I had all the intentions to bring my car back and have it fixed at Chevy however, I’m grateful I was able to see his true colors and if I do return, I will make sure to state that he will not be my advisor.
