Long wait- Mediocre service I was there to replace a front driver’s side tire. I had been told previously that I would be receiving a $25 discount. The agent said he didn’t kno I was there to replace a front driver’s side tire. I had been told previously that I would be receiving a $25 discount. The agent said he didn’t know anything about that, but I did receive the discount. The two hour wait is really not all that unusual for dealerships where I’ve had services done. My issue is that,when done, the service agent told me that my spare was left in back of my truck. I got very alarmed because how was I supposed to get the spare tire back under the truck? I was told that the they didn’t know how. If Chevrolet dealership doesn’t know how then what? I would not accept my auto until ithe spare was placed in its proper place. I’m having a hard time accepting mediocrity for services in which I’m paying. I was a little nervous driving home wondering if the spare tires and my auto tools were actually in as best as could be. This does not make me over joyed about recommending your services to others. More

Dependable, honest and gracious The waiting areas are very comfortable and the service personnel kind, gracious and knowledgeable. Not customer service oriented I scheduled an oil change, asked how long it would take. I was informed that it would be 1 hour to 1 hour and a half. After almost 2 hours of waiting I scheduled an oil change, asked how long it would take. I was informed that it would be 1 hour to 1 hour and a half. After almost 2 hours of waiting my car had not even begun being serviced. No one informed me of the delay, I asked and that's how I found out. Asked to speak with the manager. Colon, the service manager, started off with a long winded explanation that the dealer closed another service location and that's why they were running so behind. It was clear they were not pro active in thinking how to handle scheduling, time management, or customer service issues after closing one of their service centers. I wasn't able to get the complete service I had scheduled for (tire rotation, fluid checks). Just asked them to change oil, they did. Colon waived the fee. Mr. Aramis Frazier was the only one who offered an apology minus the excuses, which I appreciated because my time is valuable. He should be promoted knows how to speak with a customer without being on the defensive. Won't be going back, I rather drive to AutoNation Chevy Northpoint. I bought my car there and NEVER had the issues that I've encountered at Jim Ellis (time management issues on behalf of dealer, rep forgetting to call me back, not including services we scheduled for). A big shout out to Chevy Northpoint, great sales a service team. More
