Routine stop I had been putting off an oil change for a while, and swung into Jim Ellis on Sat morning....they took me right into change my oil, rotate and balance I had been putting off an oil change for a while, and swung into Jim Ellis on Sat morning....they took me right into change my oil, rotate and balance my tires and give the Tahoe a once over....I went back home to work while they worked on my car....as I was pulling in the driveway, they called to tell me of concern with my brakepads and gave me an estimate. I went ahead with the change and they said it would be completed by 11:00 am. They called promptly at 11:00 and sent me a text with a pay link. I was able to apply loyalty rewards towards my bill. All very easy and quick. More

Positive experience I had to schedule my Traverse for service of the airbags which was a 1 day repair. Vladimir was my service rep and he was extremely helpful with makin I had to schedule my Traverse for service of the airbags which was a 1 day repair. Vladimir was my service rep and he was extremely helpful with making the arrangements, assisting me with my wheelchair, and getting me a ride on the Jim Ellis shuttle which is a wonderful service they prvide to their customers. John and Tony were the drivers and they were both courtious and professional as well as helpful. My experience was very positive and I will use their services in the futue. More
