I'd had several terrible experiences prior to purchasing this car with other salespeople at other dealerships across the country and this was a markedly different experience. I threw several complicating factors Joseph's way during the purchase experience (I live in New Orleans (not Atlanta), I register my car through an entirely different state, and I had my Father-in-Law pick up the car from the dealership), but Joseph handled all of these things with grace and kindness. I still haven't seen the car in person but my Father-in-Law said it's "the nicest vehicle he has ever driven" and had nothing but high praise for all aspects of the car. Can't wait to drive it home in a few short weeks. Thank you Joseph!! More
