Everyone knew what they were doing, which was appreciated! There were a lot of forms to sign (obviously) but they gave periodic updates and everyone was super friendly and nice. appreciated! David Attal took my '99 Mercury under his wing and handled the necessary repairs with professionalism and in a timely manner. I had never used Jim Ellis for repairs before, but I will be going back to handled the necessary repairs with professionalism and in a timely manner. I had never used Jim Ellis for repairs before, but I will be going back to the Trowbridge/Roswell facility in the future when in need. I have a long history of relationship with this facility through having bought a few Lincolns from the Frank Jackson dealership here. In fact, a service manager from those days, Ralph Tucci, recommended I go there. I came to Jim Ellis last week after his recommendation!! More
