Mark was so helpful and informative. He is a very knowledgeable and thorough service technician, that really helped me with my vehicle, and also took time to answer additional questions He is a very knowledgeable and thorough service technician, that really helped me with my vehicle, and also took time to answer additional questions that I had about me vehicle. I also really appreciate the professionalism of the technician that inspected my car, as well as the details that he shared with the video walk through on my Kia Sorento. Very friendly staff. Easy to make appointment. Only disappointment was how long it took. I was there for oil change/tire rotation. They also did 2 recalls that were outst Easy to make appointment. I was glad they could also do the recalls but the appointment took 3.5 hours when I thought it would be 2 hours. More

My service rep, Kris, did a great job. Got me in and out with the problem battery diagnosed and replaced in about an hour. The mechanic even live-streamed me from the shop as he was wrapping up to let me know what he was doing, when he'd be done and also what items on my car they had checked that were fine. Meantime I was enjoying their showroom, free lattes and cafe-style tables where all of us repair customers could plug in and work on our laptops while they worked on our cars. Very cool. More

Great experience. I dread car shopping because it can be stressful and one feels under pressure. Eddie Thornton did a fantastic job of providing informantion that was I dread car shopping because it can be stressful and one feels under pressure. Eddie Thornton did a fantastic job of providing informantion that was relevant and helped the decision process without putting any pressure. He went above and beyond coming in early the next Monday to get us going before a trip we had to take. The entire team was amazing and got us in and out in a couple of hours. Super easy process with them. I was even introduced to the service manager for my upcoming oil changes. A seamless process and a great vehicle for my family. More
