Setting up the appointment to schedule service was easily done on the computer. When I arrived, a technician came right out to talk to me. I waited at the dealership for my car to be serviced. My experience at Jim Ellis Kia was stellar from the moment I drove onto the lot. I was met with a friendly welcome and quickly connected to Jack, with whom I had an appointment. Jack treated me with courtesy, answering my questions with ease and NEVER making me feel foolish. Having been treated in a very dismissive manner by the last Kia dealership, this was a pleasant surprise. Jack made the entire process a pleasure, always guiding with honesty and candor, and an appropriate sense of humor. I also enjoyed meeting Bryson, who was equally warm and courteous and put me at ease. I left this experience not only with a new Kia, but also with a determination to steer as many friends, family, and acquaintances in the direction of this dealership as possible! More
