I gave them two stars just for the fact they got me in more quickly than the KIA near me. The service rep we dealt with told me that the problem was fixed and we could pick up the car. We paid $500 and more quickly than the KIA near me. The service rep we dealt with told me that the problem was fixed and we could pick up the car. We paid $500 and some change for the problem. We picked it up and drove about 3 miles and the problem resumed. We returned and left my car but not before we waited for 45 minutes to talk with the manager. He never came out and when we finally were taken to talk to him he said he had no idea what issue my car was having because he didn’t deal with us. We would have to wait to speak with our service rep. We left the car and waited until business hours the next day and they called and said it was my tires. We just paid over $500 for a problem that wasn’t solved and now it’s my tires??? We asked when we could pick it up and they said they’d let me know. Never called or returned any messages we left to see if it was ready. When I finally picked my car up we noticed that the passenger side rear view mirror was not working properly and wasn’t like that when I dropped it off. I immediately called and left a message and still have not received a call back. More
Worst experience I have ever had at this place. I will not be coming back. The service department has definitely gone downhill since I started going there back in 2018. Then was charged over $100 for an oil change. I hope my money pays for new training for y’all. More

Something’s changed with the dealership. I’ve had my car serviced here for the past 7 years. Same service advisor and never had a problem. I couldn’t get a call from anyone on the status of I’ve had my car serviced here for the past 7 years. Same service advisor and never had a problem. I couldn’t get a call from anyone on the status of my car. It took 6 weeks to get a part but I only knew that because I stopped into the dealership once a week to get an update. No one ever called me. Finally got my car back, after paying $3k for the service and 1 week later the car is having the same problem again. Took it back to have them address it. They said they would take a look and get back to me. It’s been 8 days and no call. Left voicemails and can’t get any information. Clearly service is no longer something that they value here. Stay away. More
Mark is my go to service advisor. He takes care of the customer, resolves issues promptly (especially dealer errors), and goes above and beyond to ensure the customer is happy. His dedication to the customer is unmatched, especially with some advisors completely ignoring you unless your her “frequent” customer. Some of the others don’t answer the phone also as i called for 2 weeks and couldn’t get anyone on the phone to resolve my issues. More
