Service department customer service is horrible. I have 3 kids, we use this van on a daily basis. They said they can get me in 40 days, and offer no transportation. They pretty much laughed when I asked for a loaner. They pretty much had zero concern for me and my family, did not offer a rental car. Awful customer service. More

I dropped my car off for a service that I was told could take between 2-3 and even though the repair was under warranty I was not eligible for a courtesy vehicle. After two days without an update I called t take between 2-3 and even though the repair was under warranty I was not eligible for a courtesy vehicle. After two days without an update I called to find out they had not done any work on my car because I part would take up to 5 days to arrive at the shop. Extremely frustrated because now I've been without a car for no reason; I returned to the dealership to retrieve my car. Now it's been 7 days and I've yet been contacted whether the part has come in. The fact that I was accepted and scheduled for a quicker service than I was expecting say it all. The level of knowledge of what they are doing was out of this world.
