I spend 4 hours for oil change. I wasn't sure whom to talk to for oil change. One guy told me to wait in the waiting room but no one come to me to talk to me. I wasn't sure whom to talk to for oil change. One guy told me to wait in the waiting room but no one come to me to talk to me. More
The price I was quoted was almost $50 less than what the total was. The lady that worked in check out was rude and treated me like I didn’t know how to do math and If I didn’t understand sales tax. Plus I w total was. The lady that worked in check out was rude and treated me like I didn’t know how to do math and If I didn’t understand sales tax. Plus I was there longer than quoted. More
I called and was told they could get to my car June 29th but would check it sooner if the time be came available. Ms Williams kept in touch with me. She discussed the problem with my car. She went over ot but would check it sooner if the time be came available. Ms Williams kept in touch with me. She discussed the problem with my car. She went over other suggestions that my car needed. Ms Williams is understanding, professional, nice. I hope y’all recognize the jewel Ms Williams is for your company. She made my day. Your dealership is much better than the one I have been going to. Thanks to all of you. JoAnn Scealf More
I wanted to share my experience with Jim Ellis Kia of Kennesaw. I had 2 recalls I needed fixed on my Van. The mechanic either accidentally took out the blower motor resistor or stole it, when they had to Kennesaw. I had 2 recalls I needed fixed on my Van. The mechanic either accidentally took out the blower motor resistor or stole it, when they had to work on the air bags or the other recall. When I went to pick up my van, the AC didn’t work. At first they thought the mechanic forgot to hook up a wire. The Assistant Service Manager then comes back and tells me that the Blower Motor Resistor is missing. They agreed to order the part and put it in for free just to be nice. The Assistant Manager was so nice but he could not get the rental extended so I had to speak to the Service Manager on the phone. Finally he agreed, however, he said, “I had to agree to never come back there again. I obviously had trust issues.” Here are the other things that happened: 1) It took 2 months to get an appointmen. 2) The week of the appointment they called and canceled and said they are short staffed because of Covid. I had to wait 6 additional weeks. 3) The day of my appointment, they forgot to order the parts. They did put me in a rental. It would be at least 5 days. 4) I go back to pick up my van in 5 days and the check engine light is on and the paper work says I have a leak and they called to tell me about it. It says I denied wanting to fix it. They never called. I asked about it, they apologized. 5) I left the Van overnight because all the mechanics were gone. No one knew why the check engine light was on. 6) When they called to say my van was ready I asked my service advisor, to find a different mechanic to check on that leak because I recently had that same repair and it was under warranty. I didn’t want to waste my time or the other shop’s time. Sure enough, the mechanic made a “mistake.” No leak. It would have been a $800 charge if I said, sure fix it, no questions. More
