He also acted as though he hadn’t been in the area we test drove and pulled up his Google maps, and then later told us he told his manger that we wouldn’t allow someone else to test drive the car we were looking at. We had been looking at different Kia dealerships over the span of several months. Decided to take a break from looking as the market adjustment price was around 5-8,000$. Ran across a Kia Sorento at Jim Elli span of several months. Decided to take a break from looking as the market adjustment price was around 5-8,000$. Ran across a Kia Sorento at Jim Ellis, after checking it out and speaking with Chaz he got me interested in the Sportage. I wasn’t set on one as they didn’t have the exterior/interior color I wanted. He new what I was looking for and called a couple days later with exactly that! He made my first vehicle purchase on my own so easy! Very friendly and personable! More
