I will not be contacting the service manager, David Maddox. He was the one who would not admit they made all these mistakes. He was so rude to me and told me I had to promise never to return to his location if he paid for my rental. This is while they waited for the part to come in that one of his employees stole or accidentally forgot to put back in my car. Seriously!!!
