I was mislead! Ignored and lied too for 8days about my car! I was told my motor had a lifetime warranty. When I brought my car in. They broke my mirror and my widows want come down no more! And I asked what happened? They said someone must of broke it after the 3rd day it was there. They said they would fix it! If I paid for the parts! On top of that! They never replaced my motor! Made me pay them to get my car back! I was told I could get a rental for them keeping my car so long! Never happened! I called everyday! They were so rude and disrespectful! I’ve been on the phone trying to find the best lawyer for my pain and suffering! Almost lost my job and kicked out of my nursing school! All I could do is cry every day! They are the absolutely the worst! And the sad part! Is that’s not even half of all I went thru dealing with KIA! More
