The dealership (Jim Ellis) had a small selection of 22 Kia Stinger’s most dealership had none or older 19,20,21. I would not recommend Jim Ellis Kia. Came in for my 3 recalls in February of 2021 and was given a loaner , but told the system was down but they will keep my car until Monday. Came in Monday to get my car back as the system was still down and was told by the advisor he would call me as soon as he got another loaner. Called back in April as I have yet to receive a call and spoke with a lady who scheduled me for May and when I explained I have to have a car for work, she stated I would be given a rental if they are out of loaners. Came in for my May appointment and was basically called a liar as the Service Manager, David Maddox stated his staff would never tell a customer that. I left. In early 2022, I scheduled an appointment with Cartersville Kia for July 30, however, my car broke down on 6/2 with no warning, less than 75K miles and it is an issue with my engine. No choice but to tow it to Jim Ellis Kia. Went to speak with them about my past experience and explained once again, I have to have a car for work as he stated this could take weeks and he said they don't have one and can't get me one, I would have to get a rental. Spoke with the GM Michael Johnson and he said he is sorry, but he can't change the past. I should have an update late next week as to if Kia will even cover my engine, that is most likely from my two engine recalls. I have never experienced such awful service. Considering this is my first Kia, it will also be my last. Jim Ellis should be ashamed. More
