Madison; Your lack of interest in my claim of dishonesty, assure me that I'm correct about the reason your service department lied about the condition of my car. I am documenting and reporting this to KIA customer service, as well as the NHTSA, and ANY other megaphone I find. This is an outrageous tactic that will give KIA motor company a blackeye for decades to come.
