He took a moment to learn and understand my specific needs in a new, more reliable vehicle and found the car to satisfy all of my needs. Also I appreciate the "all business" approach where he wasted no time and worked quickly to help find a balance of - a reasonable downpayment - yet affordable financing - all based on my budget. And a day after the purchase, He also reached out to me to see how I was enjoying the new wheels and offered support for any questions I have about anything!! WOW thanks Brother!! I had an appt to repair oil leak. I called to get an idea of the wait time to know if I needed to drop the vehicle off or take the day off work. I drove all the way to the dealership just to learn that there's a 2-4 day minimum wait time. Needless to say, I was unhappy and had to reschedule. I took my car in and Jesus handled the service. He was awesome when I dropped the vehicle off and in updating us of the findings and all the recommendations. After the repairs were completed and vehicle was being picked up, I realized the oil had not been changed - invoice noted, customer declined oil change. That was absolutely incorrect. I called Jesus and left several messages since the vehicle was driven home and still have not gotten a call back. I received a recall letter about my vehicle-that the engine is a hazard and it could ignite at anytime, therefor it is recommended NOT to park it in an enclosed area like a garage. I called the dealership and was told the earliest appointment available is in June, however, there is not a solution to the engine problem. Why am I making an appointment if you have NOT found a solution? I requested an email address to the manager and was told they do not give out personal email addresses per company's policy. I requested an email because it seems no one at Jim Ellis Kia of Kennesaw has answers to the recall questions and was informed that the answers were above dealership, that I need to contact Kia USA or Consumer Affairs.
