My service advisor was horrible. She would never answer calls or return voicemail. The dealership didn't even submit our claim for the first 8 days. And my vehicle was in the shop for 31 days before it was ready for pickup. And when I begged for some kind of rental, I was told they don't offer that even though I made it clear that the Soul was my only vehicle and due to the procrastination with it, my husband and I both lost our jobs due to not being able to commute to work. I have never in my life experienced such an awful mechanic shop. And now I have to bring it back in because the engine light is back on after only 1 week. More
Basic oil change took 2 and half hours. They text you that your car is ready and then 40 minutes later I have to go look for my car which is parked in the back lot.
