My car was there for service for nearly a week before I received any communication from the rep. They received the wrong part for my car and then there was an additional week wait for it to be serviced. I received any communication from the rep. They received the wrong part for my car and then there was an additional week wait for it to be serviced. I received an email stating my car was ready for pick up, and I communicated my pick up time and was told my car was ready. Upon arrival, my cars tire was so flat it couldn’t even be pulled around nor did anyone know why the tire was flat. To add insult to injury my car had not even been vacuumed out so it was clear the rep never laid eyes on it to ensure it was ACTUALLY ready. Next day, the rep still has not called to get an update on how everything went. I hope to never have to use this service center again!! More
I had a schedule appointment, but my car wasn’t serviced! Per service advisor, my rotator are bad, on new vehicle, I feel pushed around after I just purchased a new car from Jim Ellis! I bought a new 22 Kia Soul in October and have not had a single mile where my car was flawless except when it was being test driven. Despite promises made; the service department and the management team hav single mile where my car was flawless except when it was being test driven. Despite promises made; the service department and the management team have all been unable to fix an issue with a brand new Apple Car Play. Their advice has been to call Kia Motors and talk to them. Kia’s advice has been to call the dealership. Their advice was to not have an Apple phone. The solution was to order a new radio, and they still do not have an eta of when or if it will even be ordered. I’ve left too many voicemails with this entire team to be ignored. I do not trust this team anymore and do not want anyone else to have to deal with them. Please go to another dealer that will make sure your car and you are taken care of in a timely manner. More
