Diana was great and very helpful. But your checking process needs work. 12 cars showing up at 7:30 with two people to get them in is ridiculous. Once they are there, it’s too late. That would be common sense. I was offered a wash and vacuum. It was Not done. It was sent back in and the guy half-assed the wash and vacuum. 5 extra minutes would have been great customer service. But it appeared that you don’t really give a xxxx. More
I was impressed with the level of service I initially received when test driving and then buying my new Kia recently.
