Had to get a mirror installed (upgrade!) and worked with Chris in the service department. He was absolutely wonderful! He made sure I had a good place to setup and work for a an hour or two and took great Chris in the service department. He was absolutely wonderful! Lavar was great. He kept me well informed about the status of my vehicle during the time it was in service. He also provided me with important recalls needing to be performed. Every time I go I have to wait over an hour to be helped. Then when called they can’t find my ticket, or car. I also am having a new issue after going there. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and to flush the radiator/coolant exchange. 2 months later the windshield wiper fluid light came on... I thought that was odd because i recently had my Kia servic the radiator/coolant exchange. 2 months later the windshield wiper fluid light came on... I thought that was odd because i recently had my Kia serviced. I purchase wiper fluid and filled it up. I then noticed that the coolant was low and there was sediment on the bottom of the tank. That’s should be the case since I paid for the coolant to be flushed. More
