After the work was done I met with Chris, who had done the work. He was very friendly and informative. He answered all my questions. I feel That Jim Ellis Kia should feel fortunate that they have those two people as part of the staff. I will continue to use and recommend this dealership to people that I know. More

We started the process with an online inquiry and followed up with a physical visit to the dealership to finalize the deal. Much to our surprise, the OTD figure given online by Erika Gregory was exactly what was on the paperwork at the dealership. Jimmy Hendrix made the process relatively easy and pain-free. Mr. Hendrix was easygoing, efficient, pleasant and entertaining. We were there waaaay past closing on a Friday night, but never did we feel rushed by either Mr. Hendrix or Micheal Awolusi (Finance Manager). I hope we were as much the stellar customers and Ms. Gregory, Mr. Hendrix and Mr. Awolusi were the stellar staff. Thanks for an awesome car buying experience. More

Best Dealership I have ever been to! Everyone went above and beyond! I drove 1 hour to get there and it was so worth it! I had my 1 yr old daughter with me and was told it would take abou Everyone went above and beyond! I drove 1 hour to get there and it was so worth it! I had my 1 yr old daughter with me and was told it would take about 2 hours for my car to be finished. My service advisor offered a complementary ride to some where close by so we wouldn't have to wait in the waiting room for 2 hours. Not only did they take me and pick me back up, they also helped me with my stroller and car seat. This kind of customer service is so hard to come by nowadays!Thank you to all the staff members that helped make this such an awesome experience! To the guy that drove me, thank you so much!
