And although confident in our choice of vehicle (Kia Sorento), we were disappointed in the buying process; shifting from 2019 to 2018 and package changes to finally arrive at our desired purchase price. Also, the high pressure tactics of 'must sign the paperwork' before we can bring the car in from another dealership (Dealer Trade) was ridiculous. Understanding the nature of the car business and the negotiation process, I just felt our buying experience was shadowed by half truths and a lot of time wasted. Service Experience I called one day before I wanted to bring my car in for an oil change and they were able to accommodate me for the date and time I needed. I arrived I called one day before I wanted to bring my car in for an oil change and they were able to accommodate me for the date and time I needed. I arrived at my scheduled time and they got me right in. They checked for any recalls on my vehicle and then got my car back for the oil changed. They told me it would be complete within 45 min. They completed the oil change in the time frame given and washed and vacuumed my car upon returning my keys. They were polite and efficient. More
