Dishonest I had my car serviced 11/16 (recently 8/10/17). A few days later I went into my center storage compartment where I usually keep $20-$25 "emergency" mo I had my car serviced 11/16 (recently 8/10/17). A few days later I went into my center storage compartment where I usually keep $20-$25 "emergency" money to find that not only were the bills missing but the envelop I had with about $10 worth of quarters. I retraced where I may have left my car where someone else may have had access I could not identify that my car was left where somebody may have access. I left messages for the Manager (head of) the service department but never received a response. I then sent an email to him telling him I couldn't be sure exactly how much was taken so could not make an actual claim but thought he should know and take action to be sure others will not have the same experience. I never heard back from him. I let the matter go until I saw the Dealer Rater form when visiting for service on 8/10/17 and was reminded of the incident. This is the second Kia I have owned and my experience with CCK has been much better than the last dealer I bought from. I was not looking for anything in return. I am just very disappointed that I was not given the courtesy of acknowledging my complaint. Paul Regna More
