Keely and Zak are the best!!!!! I had recently decided it was time to downsize from my mini van into a SUV of some sort. I had been shopping around several dealers and looking at sev I had recently decided it was time to downsize from my mini van into a SUV of some sort. I had been shopping around several dealers and looking at several different models. Thats when I ran into Kia Cobb County and decided I really likes the Sorento but knew nothing about Kia products. I ran into Zak first since we parked on the new vehicle side. He was very warm and graciously walked us over to the pre-owned lot since we knew that was going to be our price range. Thats when we met Keely Kia. I will tell you what... its very rare you meet a car dealer and feel like they are on your side, but I knew immediately that her main concern was for us to have a great experience with Cobb Kia regardless of whether we purchased a car or not. I really did feel like she was working for me! Thats so important when car buying. Zak stuck with us the whole time, testing different cars, figuring out exactly what we wanted. Together they made me realize exactly what I wanted. They worked their magic, got me EXACTLY what I wanted for my trade in and got my payments EXACTLY to where I needed them. I have a feeling this wont be my first car buying experience with them and even plan on having all my services done with them ( I am usually a quick jiffy lube kinda gal) Oh and one more thing....We found out at signing that we were Zaks very first customers at KIA! When my friend told me to go see them, I got a couple names of salesmen then Made my appointment, not expecting much. From the start, the service was first class. I dealt with James Wind and he was professional and funny and I didn't feel I was being pushed or cornered into a deal. He and the sales team worked to get my van where it needed to be for my payments and we drove it off the lot that night. I would go back to Cobb Kia and James for another car in a second! More

Keely Johnson is the BEST! As a first time buyer with absolutely 0 credit, I was scared at first to enter the dealership. But when I met Keely, she made me feel right at home. I can honestly say that one of the main reasons I enjoyed her company was not only the fact that she is a very humorous person, but the fact that she is HONEST! You don't find that in many Car Salesman. She keeps it REAL. She's not in it for the money in her pocket. She genuinely cares about getting you in the best car that fits YOUR budget. She explained everything; The papers signed and what they were for, even gave me tips on how to increase my credit faster than normal. When we went out to look at the car I was interested in, she was knowledgeable about EVERY SINGLE feature that the car I liked had to offer. She also was able to explain to me all the safety features my car had. She was not only able to help me obtain the car I wanted, she also made me feel at home and not afraid to make the commitment that I was about to make. Having a car note. I felt confident with everything I was doing and she was a huge part of that. Being only 24 years old, she made me feel like if she was my mother because she actually cared. She wasn't there to just try and make commission off of you. From my experience with her, if you are a first time buyer, PLEASE PLEASE find Keely.
