She explained everything; The papers signed and what they were for, even gave me tips on how to increase my credit faster than normal. When we went out to look at the car I was interested in, she was knowledgeable about EVERY SINGLE feature that the car I liked had to offer. She also was able to explain to me all the safety features my car had. She was not only able to help me obtain the car I wanted, she also made me feel at home and not afraid to make the commitment that I was about to make. Having a car note. I felt confident with everything I was doing and she was a huge part of that. Being only 24 years old, she made me feel like if she was my mother because she actually cared.
