Their sales tactics were shady (to say the least) and their service department was a complete disaster with technicians who were not properly trained and never could fix any issue or complaint. You had to wait two weeks to get an oil change! Then I discovered Cobb County Kia and I have not set foot in any other dealership or service department since I have found them. They are the real deal. They are customer focused. They have tons of dealership and service awards. Cobb County Kia is simply THE BEST! More

I first worked with Jennifer who arranged a meeting with the sales team. They knew I was coming and I started speaking with Brett Froman. Brett took time to understand my needs and was very knowledgeable on the cars they offered. We looked at a Cadenza and an Optima. Brett was able to show me all the features before and during my test drive. He let my wife go for a drive and offered us a 24 extended test drive. This was great because I had an opportunity to test out the features of the car and get comfortable with a v4. In the end, I was very happy with the car and liked how Kia has brought in many of the luxury bells and whistles into a reasonably priced car. Brett brought in his sales manager Jeff to work with me on the price. Jeff really went above and beyond to make the deal work. I really appreciated my experience with Cobb County Kia. I would recommend anyone to speak with them about a car. More
