Stephen was amazing. He diagnosed our issue that we were not even aware of and made arrangements to get the part we need and fix our Telluride. When I made the appointment for the service and oil change and a tire rotation, the representative told me that it would be free because it was my first service when I get there they were unable to hon change and a tire rotation, the representative told me that it would be free because it was my first service when I get there they were unable to honor it because I did not purchase a car from them. I would not have spent almost 2 hours in morning traffic trying to get there if she had let me know that there was a cost. More
