Gerald Hopkins came out to greet me and right from the start made me feel welcome with no pressure. I told him I wasn't quite ready to purchase but I wanted to get info on both new and used Tacoma's. He gave me just enough info to answer my questions and said when I was ready to come back. A few weeks went by and I did go back to him and just as before, there was no pressure and I ended up buying a Toyota Tacoma. I am very happy with Gerald but also with the team at Jim Ellis. I walked in to Toyota today to get my car serviced (I have a 2016 Toyota Corolla) guy by the name of Mr. Hall came and was talking with me about trading my car and getting a great APR rate which is curre have a 2016 Toyota Corolla) guy by the name of Mr. Hall came and was talking with me about trading my car and getting a great APR rate which is currently a 13.9( very high). He took my info down ran my credit and came back with great news. I was approved through Toyota of JiM ELLIS for a 2020 Corolla. Mr. Hall talked me through the entire process and made sure I was okay with all the new upgrade my price on the new vehicle. He did a great job and not only did he get my payments in the same ball park he made sure that I got a great offer for my trade it. He is one of the best sales reps that I have came across.
