Best experience I've had in a dealership. I qualified after completing online application. Went into dealership at 5:06pm and was driving home in my new highlander at 7:13 PM. Wait time & Cost :( I made an appointment for an oil change and still had to wait two hours. The price was much higher than Honda next door for the oil change. I don't need an appointment either at Honda and wait half the time. This was my first time at Toyota for services and unfortunately the last. The customer service people I dealt with were amazing and a great staff, but the wait time put me over the top, especially with an appointment scheduled. My time is just as valuable as yours.. More

Communication I needed a tire replaced and it wasn't in stock. I was told it be in the next day. I didn't receive a call to come in .
