Wait time & Cost :( I made an appointment for an oil change and still had to wait two hours. The price was much higher than Honda next door for the oil change. I don't need an appointment either at Honda and wait half the time. This was my first time at Toyota for services and unfortunately the last. The customer service people I dealt with were amazing and a great staff, but the wait time put me over the top, especially with an appointment scheduled. My time is just as valuable as yours.. More

After I bought our cars, he made sure to check in with us at each service. He is the best employee of this Dealership, hands down. (And they are a great staff all on their own) The Service Department knocks it out of the park. They are ready for you as soon as you pull in. They expedite your work and get you out of their in record time. And everyone always has a smile on their face. This place is worth everything. More

Communication I needed a tire replaced and it wasn't in stock. I was told it be in the next day. I didn't receive a call to come in .
