Even though I had made an appointment, it still took 2 hours to just get a multi-point inspection and a brake check. That's too long. I think the service dept. must double book appts. NOT HONEST!! Wanted to sell me a tire when I didn’t need one!! Lied about my tire leaking air. I was told my tire had a nail it it AND IT WAS LEAKING AIR!!! I was told The dealership does NOT repair tire one!! Lied about my tire leaking air. I was told my tire had a nail it it AND IT WAS LEAKING AIR!!! I was told The dealership does NOT repair tires but could sell me a new tire. I left the dealership and went to a tire shop and was toldmy tire was not leaking air and the mail didn’t penetrate through the tire. My tire was removed and throughly inspected for leaks and none were found. More
