I took my Lexus in for my routine service and worked with Mike in the service department. They made a normally tedious chore of having to take your car in for service, quick and easy. They took my car right away and had me in a loaner car in minutes. I was impressed with how they went above and beyond to accomodate my schedule with the return of the loaner car as well. Mike was professional and helpful and exceeded every expectation in quality service. Even as I picked up the car, I realized that I'd forgotten to tell them I needed my windshield wipers replaced and Mike personally handled it himself in 5 minutes. Excellent! Jeanine Taylor More

Very helpful, friendly, and consumer conscience. I always get good pricing on my service and they communicate on all work to be required. Manny is GREAT! He always makes the visit pleasurable and easy. I came in for an oil change yesterday and because I thought the trunk was jammed. It would'nt open but Manny being very well informed and helpf easy. I came in for an oil change yesterday and because I thought the trunk was jammed.
