True professionalism in every sense of the word. Blaine Gray, our salesman, coordinated everything and made sure that he kept us updated with information regarding when the LX was due in and we then coordinated when we could pick it up. From the very first email and phone call, I knew that this would be a positive experience and it certainly was. When the lease is up in 3 years, we plan on returning here to get the latest and greatest at that time. Even though we had a long trip, as it is 5 hours from Las Vegas (so 10 hours round trip minimum) because of the service and experience we had we would do this 100 times over. More
