When Morgan saw how frustrated I was with the situation, he promptly asked Alan McGlaughlin to step in for assistance. Within minutes the situation was more than resolved. Both Morgan and Alan turned what could have been a very stressful situation into an extremely positive experience. I would recommend them both to anyone I know. Mr. McLaughlin took all the time necessary to explain the terms. Then Mr. Gray stayed with us and taught us about all the excellent features of the new Lexus.
