We Inquired online, I received several e-mails back from several different sales people. We ended up with Emma who was very helpful, honest and attentive. We went and test drive the cars we were interested several different sales people. We ended up with Emma who was very helpful, honest and attentive. We went and test drive the cars we were interested in and decided on one. Emma provided the information to the finance department (Nancy Rivas) who never sent me a copy of the purchase agreement to review, the car was delivered with the wrong information on the contract. We tried getting a hold of finance several times, but we never heard back. The driver Elias brought the car back to Jim Falk, and by the way he was the best part of this deal a very bright caring guy. They made us wait over an additional week to get new correct paperwork and have the car delivered for a second time. This was a seamless cash deal that should not have taken this long. More
