Inquired about a car on Friday evening, heard back by 9:00 Saturday morning. A few texts, pics of my trade and a phone call later we had a deal. Have a truck listed for $61000 their trade calculator said my truck was worth between $41000 and $43000 . They came back and said they would give me $37000 and sell me the truck for $65000 . What a slap in the face . Biggest joke of a dealership I have seen yet . And I’ve looked at a lot of them . I pay cash which upset them . Why would I pay 12% interest when I have the cash . And why would I take less than Carvana would pay outright for my truck and more than their truck is listed . How does this car dealership stay in business ? Dealt with David Houchins and Jacob Vanarsdalin . And whoever the used car joke of a manager is . My advice believe the reviews and stay far away . More

Decided to try Jim falk for the first time, seemed like trust worthy people, we were told they would give us an amount on are 2018 GMC as trade in, but because we went new instead of used they gave us $150 trust worthy people, we were told they would give us an amount on are 2018 GMC as trade in, but because we went new instead of used they gave us $1500.00 less and didn’t let us know until we got the paperwork in the mail. We actually thought this was a Christian company and that they took care of their customers. This will be the 4th dealership we have dealt with that’s all about money. I just hope this happens to them someday (karma) More
