Ive been going through a very hard time in my life. .their customer service was out of this world. They displayed understanding and compassion. They gave me the best deal imaginable!!! Bought a new 2022 Cadillac In Clinton, but live in Overland Park. We found the vehicle we wanted so drove to Clinton and purchased. From day one the back up camera did not work properly and the rear fender trim pieces did not fit properly. Made three trips to get these items fixed while having to si and wait for hours. Each time they either painted the trim pieces the wrong color or ordered the wrong size trim pieces. They did replace the camera, but it still doesn’t work. Their final solution was to tell me to take my vehicle to ANOTHER dealership since they don’t have the expertise to fix me car. They then tell me they are no longer a Cadillac dealer. I called Cadillac and they were even puzzled by this treatment, statement was maybe this is the reason the are no longer a Cadillac dealer, lack of knowledge and support. Jim Falk even had a new customer service person they hired call me to make sure everything was all right after my service appointment. When I said no they really didn’t know what to do other than pass me back to Dallas the service manager who has zero follow up skills. I see a lot of 1 star reviews, do yourself a favor and find yourself a reliable dealership that has the expertise to service your vehicle properly. More
We recently bought a new Chevy Trailblazer from Jim Faulk Motors. We live in Garden City, MO and wanted to keep our money local. 10,000 miles later on our new vehicle it sustained some suspension damage d Motors. They first told us that the part would arrive in 3 to 4 days. Needless to say it's two weeks later, our car is still not repaired, and Jim Faulk refuses to help us in any way. The only help they can offer is that they have no idea when the part will arrive and when it does they will replace it. They also informed that the car is made in Korea and the Koreans aren't sending out parts. Go Chevy, thought I was buying and American car. Stay away from this small useless dealership that is selling cars that they can't get parts for. More
Traci Shepard made this one of the easiest trades I've ever had before. Answered all of my questions, not pushy and delivered my new truck the next day. I ordered a2021 corvette in feb of 2020 , after ordering I had a opportunity to purchase a 2019 vette , phoned Jim Falk asked him what he would give me for it . He offered me A nice profit at that time so I I had a opportunity to purchase a 2019 vette , phoned Jim Falk asked him what he would give me for it . He offered me A nice profit at that time so I ask if he would give me 1500.00 less when my new car came in and he said he would , end of that conversation. My new car arrived and I had already sold the 2019 car thus nothing said about it . However when I ordered the new car his manager (daughter had agreed verbally to give me a 1000.00 less than Msrp price which they denied and since it was verbally I let it go since I was ordering a 2022 at msrp , this was in July 2021 , filled out order and waiting for car which should have by Jan 2022 , then I receive a call Nov 4 2021 from a sales manager saying the owner had decided not to fill my order because the first transaction was unsatisfactory . He waited 5 months to make this decision which puts me in a impossible position on ordering a 2022 vette . His reason was he was pissed because I chose to sell my car instead of trading it .I can assure you I will never do any business with this dealership again ,and I had previously sold them 3 cars that I am sure was profitable for them . This has been the worst experience we've ever had in purchasing a vehicle. To start off with, false advertising in the description. This was discovered after truck was delivered. No back up camera, no electric seats, just a plain Jane truck. Priced as if it had these things. John, our salesman, ghosted us after first call to him and he swore up and down that the camera was working, he saw it, before it left the lot...it had never had a camera installed in it. Finally reached Andrew, the pre owned sales manager. He said they’ll put a backup camera in it. We get truck back and it’s in the rear view mirror, Andrew said that’s because they didn’t have any backup cameras for thru the radio screen, that it would be aftermarket and void the aftermarket warranty we purchased. I called a different Chevrolet dealership, talked to parts, and for the price that Andrew quoted me on what he spent on the blurry rearview mirror camera. From the Authorized aftermarket parts dealer that would be warrantied under the truck warranty, there was a radio screened backup camera available. Bottom line, they will lie and say whatever it takes to make a sale and the lie to cover their butts. Save yourselves some headaches and shop elsewhere for your new vehicle. Check your Better Business Bureau. I should have. They aren’t even accredited because of their crappy business practices. They definitely have their fair share of complaints. As far as “test drive” went when vehicle was delivered...We had told them what time my husband leaves for work. They showed up exactly 5 minutes before he had to leave. Hindsight, this was probably intentional due to it was not the vehicle that had been described to us via phone. Terrible experience. More

I paid sails tax and tag fees myself, so this was not included. Also, I asked about a lift that was done on the truck. This place called me several times to see if everything was ok. I tell them issues about the gap and lift and I get each time that they will check and get back to me....It never happens. Seems not a genuine concern for their customer. Just my name on a list that is a requirement for the salesman to say they do this. I got so many letters in the mail to push for maintenance, but I live over an hour away....Why? More
