LIES, UNPROFESSIONAL AND DECIETFUL 2 months ago I was offered $11,500 for my trade. 2 months later I am offered $9500 on the same vehicle by manager Ben Love with just 700 more miles o 2 months ago I was offered $11,500 for my trade. 2 months later I am offered $9500 on the same vehicle by manager Ben Love with just 700 more miles on the odometer being the only difference from July to September. I look up NADA value and see the $9500 is what I would expect for a car in POOR CONDITION! My van is in great condition. The sales rep Gabe Vigil told me he has no idea why the other manager would have offered me so much for my trade. Says the old manager isn't even there anymore. I checked and the old manager Josh Griffin is absolutely still there. Wrote the owner Jim Falk and GM Mary Ann Gonzalez to bring this to their attention and never heard back from them. Trucks cost a small fortune. Spend your money with people you can trust. In other words, don't spend it here! More

Brilliant dealership and huge thanks for Kevin aash I was passing this town and I had an accident got my car title lost I went to the dealership to rent a car but I wasn’t lucky, it was no cars left. I was tired and depressed because I lost my Toyota Camry and I felt homeless with no hope to go back to Saint Louis. Kevin and my other huge hero at the financial office got me the car with lower APR rate of my Toyota Camry and 0$ down within 4 hours. And they also gave me the car I am buying with dealer tag to get my stuff from the towing company befor the insurance take it to KC storage.
