Poor Quality Work, Dishonest Management Took my new 2019 Tahoe Premier Plus with 11K miles on it in for hail damage repairs totaling $6,998 with an insurance company estimated 10 days to re Took my new 2019 Tahoe Premier Plus with 11K miles on it in for hail damage repairs totaling $6,998 with an insurance company estimated 10 days to repair at the end of April. After 70 + days in the body shop, 7 separate phone calls indicating my vehicle was repaired only to come down and determine my vehicle was not repaired, I picked it up on 7/15/20 after management had determined the car was repaired. I am now left with a new vehicle with buff marks and scratches throughout that will need a new paint job to restore the paint to the new condition it was in prior to dropping it off at this dealership for repairs back in April. I have informed management of my grievances and have asked management to walk the vehicle with me so I can point out the areas of damage on two separate occasions with management refusing to do so. I brought my vehicle in for an estimated $6,998 worth of repairs and I left with a vehicle needing an estimated $8,000 to $10,000 worth of repairs to repaint the vehicle. I do not feel I was treated fairly throughout this process and I feel that management was dishonest. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Came in in the morning, dropped my truck off, got a loaner truck and was on my way in about 10 minutes! Bill was on the ball as always and had me written up quickly. When I got back there to pick my tr loaner truck and was on my way in about 10 minutes! Bill was on the ball as always and had me written up quickly. When I got back there to pick my truck back up my bill was ready and I turned the loaner in and paid the tab in about 5 minutes! The lady who gives the loaners and settles the bill does a good job too. More
