The advisor did a great job during our visit. I was upset when I arrived at 9am without an appointment and was told it would be about 3 hours before they could get to me. So I wasn’t happy that to get our 2025 Traverse serviced I had to make 2 trips to Tulsa. I believe the appointment idea is a good thing but a notice would have been nice. We are in your system from previous visits with our vehicles. More
We had a friendly adviser for our oil change service and they went above checking out filters and things. Had a price difference from what we were quoted and they made that right. The service department is always friendly & explains when my car needs something above a regular oil change to give me the option of doing it now or later. They kept my car for seven (plus) months waiting for the wrong part to be delivered (they ordered the wrong part). And then gave it back to me with parts stolen off of it, and say that I have to prove it to wrong part to be delivered (they ordered the wrong part). Amy is amazing getting us in and out in good time. My basic complaint is a lack of courtesy vehicles when it’s necessary to leave for days at a time.
