Cody Ryker and Russell Ryker were awesome to work with it. Cody kept me up to date as to when my parts were ordered and when they came in. I purchased my 2015 equinox from Jim Glover and that’s the only place I have taken it to be serviced. They are extremely reliable, extremely friendly xxxx close to home which is a bonus. On the road from Colorado to Florida, DEF heater went out and it was going to cause the vehicle to slow down to 4mph. Pulled into dealer at 7:30 am, they had the tank and heater replaced by 2 pm.
