Still no call back. I wish I could do 5 stars! I called Dec 12 to get my jeep in. Have called and talked with several managers in the service department and others. They I wish I could do 5 stars! Understandable, but it’s now February and I still haven’t heard from anyone. Not even a sorry. My family all live in that area, all have dodges and jeeps. They said “let me know.” Wish I could say something positive. Called Melton in Claremore and within a week my jeep was fixed. More

Great Service Department I have had three vehicles over at Jim Glover in Owasso for service. Everything was taken care of and exceeded my expectations. My service advisor was I have had three vehicles over at Jim Glover in Owasso for service. Everything was taken care of and exceeded my expectations. My service advisor was Trevor, he is extremely knowledgeable and gets it handled. He always followed up on progress, cost of my repairs as well as remembering who I was and my name when I called. The techs that worked on my vehicles also did a fantastic job, true professionals. I have never really been impressed with big dealer service centers based on past experience, but Glover has some great people in Owasso that actually care about you and getting your vehicle fixed right. More
