I would like to comment on two recent repair sessions with Jim Glover, Owasso. I first came to Jim Glover in Owasso on 12/4/2026 for an oil change on my 2018 Jeep Cherokee Trail Hawk (my motorhome dinghy with Jim Glover, Owasso. Since then, I have continued to request her as my service advisor. I had other issues besides the oil change that involved several communication sessions verbally and by phone. She has always been courteous, cooperative, honest, and a good listener. She really had my interests at the top of the list. She went beyond my expectations. She informed me at every step of the repair process. She always explained things so I could understand even having to repeat herself occasionally. My most recent service visits were basically back-to-back. It began with a windshield replacement and a diagnostic inspection of the front suspension system because of a rattle I had been hearing for a long while. I did not have to wait in the waiting room because a courtesy vehicle took me home. They found issues with several items needing replacement. I got my extended warranty involved in the process. Brooke contacted the Good Sam extended warranty people and she took care of the whole matter. It required shipment of parts over several days, so she set me up with a rental car at an agency located at the Dealership which was very convenient. The entire repair process took 14 days. During the 14 days I rented the car, she kept in contact with me at every change of events. She even helped with getting the rental extended twice. When I picked up my Jeep, Brooke explained every detail of the repair process with the paperwork. I was very pleased with the outcome of the repairs. The suspension system now feels solid. I am very pleased with Brooke. She made me feel very confident that the repairs were going to be done right. My sincere thanks to Brooke Parsons and the entire dealership. More

The minute I pulled in, the sales personnel was attentive but not pushy or over bering. I was directed inside to meet with my sales personnel, since I had already conversed with ANNA(via messenger). I was determined to buy my husband a truck I could take home that day and pay in cash. She even went over a list with me I had to look at other places and never once had any negative comments about other dealerships. She was simply checking off all the boxes I required. She pulled up her inventory, since we were buying a couple years older model and started going through all them with me. We figured out what I wanted to test drive and talk about. We ended up here because they had serval Chevrolets they had advertised from trade ins and I wanted to look at. So don’t just assume they ONLY have what the dealership signs says. I test drove, I think 2 and the second one was the magic number(pun included) lol. Perfect color my husband wanted(the new Chevy tan), the perfect make for us(Chevrolet) and model(Colorado). The transaction , the what I want fixed(running boards) and extended warranty process was simply seamless and smooth. Bravo Anna. That night when we picked it up(so my husband could drive his(new to him truck) home , he was over the moon. I will be going back for a second car in 3 weeks. That xxxx cat looked enticing(lol). We had a very bad experience with a Chevy dealer in Owasso and I’m so glad we actually did , because then we wouldn’t know what amazing service is really like. More
