I did have a good experience at first,,,, but then it all switched I came to the dealership to look for a ram rebel… I was shown one rebel only thinking that was the only rebel that they had… once I got home switched I came to the dealership to look for a ram rebel… I was shown one rebel only thinking that was the only rebel that they had… once I got home I looked online and found a lifted ram rebel that I really wanted to look at and I went up there to look at it and at that time it was not on the lot someone was driving it our car salesman acted like it was a huge deal that we wanted to look at another car this is a HUGE purchase I’m sorry that I found something I wanted to look at before I made that purchase. And he was definitely rude about it and I am very disappointed in this dealership at this point been trying to contact them all day and have not been able to get a hold of anyone about coming out and looking at the truck I was wanting to buy More

The overall experience was great, especially considering I was buying a new vehicle. Everything was very cut and dry—no xx that you might get at some dealerships. Since this was a custom order, I was honestly expecting the worst, but Adam stayed on top of the entire process, along with Hector and Manny. I went back later to have some components added, and that experience was just as smooth. It took minimal time, and the pricing was very reasonable. Mike, the customs manager, was very cool to work with and had the Jeep in and out exactly as expected. More
