The dealership need to improve a lot. I was trying to fix an appointment for a lube and oil change as the first customer for tomorrow(feb24). I was told I will have to wait 2 to 3 hrs at I was trying to fix an appointment for a lube and oil change as the first customer for tomorrow(feb24). I was told I will have to wait 2 to 3 hrs at the dealership. The adviser/girl has no idea of how many cars are in front of me. With the computer tracking people have become cozy and lazy. If it was their only source and advisor owns it , it would not take more than an hour. Basically the dealership has no accountability as to how many cars are in and how long it should take to service. Please train the advisors and sales persons in such a way each of them is accountable for what each does and the tasks, Inventory should be in their finger tips. Hard work not praise for ordinary lethargic ways. Hire quality not head count. More
