I was very impressed from start to finish, though it would have been a bit more helpful to have more details regarding my key fob replacement. But, I understood enough! "Ms Carrie", who scheduled my appointment, was wonderful to talk and gave me good info, and was able to keep me informed. I enjoyed her! Mr Allen Cureton deserves a special mention, as he was very helpful, knowledgeable, very patient, and courteous and was quite informative along the way. He has a special talent with this job and I never felt pushed or pressured to do anything. I liked his approach to the whole process and how he treated my "just making a key fob" with utmost care. And, thanks for the water! More

My vehicle was there for two full days to be diagnosed. Sadly, after I paid the diagnostic fee, there was still no diagnosis. I was only told that it didn’t fall under the recall, which was perfectly fine- Sadly, after I paid the diagnostic fee, there was still no diagnosis. I was only told that it didn’t fall under the recall, which was perfectly fine- but it was never diagnosed. It was merely determined that there was no abnormalities discovered after a less than two mile road test. I would’ve had a better experience just giving $200 to a stranger for no reason. More

Put my 2019 Ford Escape in for service for warranty issue 4 May 2021. When I picked it up on 5 May 2021 was not given a receipt or explanation of repairs. Once I got in the car: heater was turned to hi issue 4 May 2021. When I picked it up on 5 May 2021 was not given a receipt or explanation of repairs. Once I got in the car: heater was turned to high, my key information was not as it was on turn in, radio was turned to an AM station. When I contacted General manager and informed him of situation he seemed slightly concerned. I also contacted my salesman and told him today's service experience will have an impact on my continued leasing or purchasing a Jim Hudson Ford in the future. No excuse for this extreme lack of service from Jim Hudson Ford. My scoring for this service will reflect low numbers. I have been with Hudson for over ten years. Time to find another car company. More
