I had called to make an appointment to have my CarPlay looked at. I brought my car in on Monday, July 8. I was told by Shawn it would be 4-5 days for it to be looked at. Okay, I was fine with that. Thursd looked at. I brought my car in on Monday, July 8. I was told by Shawn it would be 4-5 days for it to be looked at. Okay, I was fine with that. Thursday came, no phone call. So on Friday I called Shawn. My car hadn't even been looked at yet! Why was this not told to me on Monday when I dropped it off as a possibility?!? Nothing was said about the possibility of my car not being looked at when I dropped it off. When I asked why? The answer was "we are really backed up". This wasn't known on Monday?!? I have never had a bad experience at your dealership, but this one really irks me! More

Took brand new truck in with only 300 miles for a vibration. I was told someone would call me Monday to arrange a courtesy truck while they inspected the truck. My salesman has reached to check with me and has tried to help, but it has been over a week and still no contact from the service department. If you buy from this dealership just know the service after the sale is very poor. I would not recommend leaving the dealership with a purchased vehicle that has issues until they are corrected. You may never hear from them. More
