Very good customer service. I was traveling on a Saturday through S.C. on a major highway & had an engine problem. I called this dealership & talked to the service manager, who told me their address & to ask for him when I arrived, & they would take care of the problem. They checked out my engine---ordered the parts---on a Saturday afternoon---& did the repair in a few hours! I was so grateful for their help & quality of service. I was back on the highway late in the afternoon with a smoothly purring engine! Highly recommend this Ford dealership for service. More
I have dealt with Bob Hargrave during my last several service visits. He is very response to my questions and quickly reached out to me to resolve any questions or issues. Separate from Bob, I received an unsolicited text from someone in the sales department who offered a quick evaluation of my vehicles value. Having just gone through an election cycle where I was bothered by a significant number of texts added to the spam texts I normally receive I am quite unhappy with receiving similar spam texts from Jim Hudson Ford. When I am interested in buying another vehicle I will initiate the contact. I would appreciate being taken off any such contact list that your dealership maintains. Thank you. Dan Murphy More
Bob did a great job of taking care of everything. I was in and out in a timely manner. Well informed of progress and the shuttle service is definitely a bonus!
