Fast, professional, and accommodating. Chris Weaver has always done a great job with both of my trucks. He worked with me to schedule my 2016 F250 for maintenance first thing in the mornin Chris Weaver has always done a great job with both of my trucks. He worked with me to schedule my 2016 F250 for maintenance first thing in the morning, and schedule my 2017 F250 the next morning. The shop was able to get both trucks serviced within 1.5 hrs. Bob Hargreaves has also helped in the past with the 16. He has also always been very professional. I know the whole staff has a lot going on at all times, but they do a really good job of making you feel like your vehicle is the only one in the shop. I don’t know the girls name, but she also deserves some recognition. I watched her make multiple cups of coffee out of the break room this morning because the coffee in the waiting room was exactly like some of the other waiting customers preffered it. She isn’t paid to be a waitress, but it definitely changed the mood in the room. The customers were ready to complain but she didn’t give them a chance. She surely made everybody’s job a little easier by keeping them happy. More
