Had a four wheel alignment performed. There were no printout diagrams showing the alignment setting when I brought it in, and none showing what the new settings were. There is no way for me to tell how much adjustments were required/done. It would be helpful to an owner to understand his tire wear due to alignment settings. I was told before the alignment was done that this dealership was using the latest greatest alignment equipment. Maybe -- maybe not! Chris Thompson was NOT the service advisor stating the new equipment. More
