The battery died in my new F150 and someone was at my home within 2 hours to jump start the truck, take it to Jim Hudson Service Center and returned the repaired truck to me by 6 PM. More

Your service department broke two of the imitation wood interior panels on two doors and charged me $796 for them. These panels are of poor quality and Lincoln should have paid for them,,,,NOT me... .. More
