Chris Thompson is always the best! The dealership had my car for weeks. Though I was given an appt to bring it in, it still took two weeks for it to even have an initial evaluation by The dealership had my car for weeks. I went in for oil change &tire balance and rotate. When I got in the car to leave it was making a terrible sound. I turned around and went back. The lug nuts on the drivers side back tire were all loo When I got in the car to leave it was making a terrible sound. I turned around and went back. The lug nuts on the drivers side back tire were all loose, I could turn them with my fingers. I was shocked and thankful I or someone else wasn't hurt. This was neglect on the technique who worked on my car and totally unacceptable. More
