I took my car in for 40K mile service, purchased new tires, and had the rear lighter checked out. The tires were out of stock Rusty set me up with a loaner, and was very proactive about keeping me informed on the status of my car. He offered me options between a couple of types of tires (about $80 difference in cost). He didn't push the more expensive tires. He informed me of his opinions and supported my decision. When I picked my car up, it was completely cleaned inside and out and there was a "Trade-Up" placard on the dash. I have never been so impressed with having a vehicle serviced. More
Exellent Service Jim Hudson Lexus has always provided excellent service - I purchased my ES350 in 2009 and I have continued to have it serviced at the dealership.
